Complaints Surveys

Viewpoint has agreed to complete a series of questionnaires to assess satisfaction with Sheffield Homes' complaints service.

We will complete 100 questionnaires every quarter with Sheffield Homes' tenants, asking for their views on how they found the service and how it could be improved.

We completed a pilot for this work in February 2010 and are delighted Sheffield Homes have decided to make it a regular piece of work.
