Who We Work With

Viewpoint has built up expertise in supporting the following client groups:

•    Housing Associations  •    Local Authorities
•    Social Enterprises       •    Voluntary Organisations
•    Charitable Organisations •    Private Enterprise

Below are details of some of our recent projects:

Viewpoint is working with St Leger Homes in Doncaster to collect tenant satisfaction data on their Decent Homes Programme. Viewpoint will collect data around satisfaction with elements such as range of materials, communication during the work and the quality of the completed work. Viewpoint will also be looking to use the contract as a basis for creating employment and training opportunities for St Leger's own tenants.

Viewpoint contacted a sample of 200 previous customers and potential customers to measure levels of satisfaction and areas where future investment is needed. The final report also included interviews with stakeholders and in-depth case studies of Key Fund’s work.

We have worked with Kier since 2008 completing tenant satisfaction surveys to assess their responsive repairs service in Stoke and Sheffield. In October 2009 we began a similar contract in Harrow, London. We contact 100 tenants a month in each location and provide monthly data and reports with tables and charts analysing the results by equalities information and showing progress over time.

We started work with Sanctuary Housing in 2007, assessing tenant satisfaction with improvement work carried out to tenant's homes in Sheffield. We call the latest set of tenants to have had work completed every two months and provide updated results and progress reports.

Our contract with Sheffield Homes, which runs until 2014, involves collection of satisfaction and equalities data by telephone and postal questionnaire to evaluate the success of the Decent Homes Programme in Sheffield. Data is collected from tenants who have had improvement work completed on their home and reported back on a monthly basis. We provide analysis highlighting trends within specific areas or groups of tenants.

In February 2008 we started monthly evaluation surveys for the South Yorkshire Condition Management Programme - work which requires a very high level of communication skills. The expertise and experience within our team made this project a huge success. Surveys were completed with clients by telephone three months after they had been through the programme to evaluate its effectiveness with data returned monthly in a bespoke format.

As part of the Big Issue in the North's annual vendor surveys in 2008 and 2009 we entered responses from 400 questionnaires into a database and produced a detailed report of the results, with tables and analysis.

We have completed various projects for DWP, including data-entry and analysis of their 2007 Access to Work survey and telephone evaluation surveys of their Employee Assistance Programme in 2009. This involved interviewing a number of DWP staff who had been through the programme to assess its effectiveness.
