Code of Conduct
All work undertaken by Viewpoint is done so to the professional standards specified in the Market Research Society’s (MRS) Code of Conduct. Viewpoint is an associate member of MRS through its Managing Director.
Staff Supervision
All calls are supervised on a 1 to 4 ratio at all times to ensure our work is of the highest quality. Collected data is in-turn subject to systematic checking procedures involving research assistants and the supervisor.
Staff training
Training for all projects includes introductory sessions, 1-on-1 supervision when first making the calls and group discussions of quality-related matters to agree appropriate actions. Calls are also recorded to identify areas of improvement. All research assistants are trained in rapport building, customer service and handling difficult situations.
Flexible service
We take a personalised, flexible approach to all projects to ensure you get exactly what you want out of the work. This can apply to all elements of the service including required calling hours, variations in the number and type of surveys and reporting requirements. We are happy to take on short or long term projects.
170 Languages
We have access to a telephone interpretation service which allows us to compete surveys in 170 different languages. This ensures that no single person or particular groups of people are excluded from your survey or evaluation.

High staff retention
We offer our research assistants manageable shift patterns where they work a maximum shift of five hours. This ensures all research assistants are upbeat and friendly for all calls. By looking after our staff in this manner we have very high staff retention rates, which in turn allows us to assign experienced and expert staff to every project.
